Volunteering at Chester County OIC is the perfect way to make a difference right in your own community. Our mission statement is "Helping others to help themselves". Help others by sharing your unique gifts and talents. You can also help yourself by gaining valuable experience and meeting new people. Whether you are a college student, a working adult or a seasoned retiree, Chester County OIC can always use your help. No matter how much time you can contribute we will accommodate your schedule.

Tutoring, teaching aide, office support, and technology assistance are just a few ways that you could interact with students and help them change their lives for the better. Fundraising and event planning volunteers are needed now as we plan and carry out our Annual Appeal and the 29th Annual Awards Banquet. We need your help and expertise to maximize our success. Serving as a member of the board of Directors or as a committee person is another great opportunity to help Chester County OIC continue its mission. We welcome your help and expertise.

Companies should take advantage of a unique opportunity to combine good works and good business by becoming financial supporters of Chester County OIC. As a corporate sponsor, foundation grant maker or individual donor, your support helps us meet critical social needs and fulfill our mission while meeting your philanthropic goals.

We are currently mailing out letters for our Annual Appeal; please be generous. If you have not received a letter, please call and we will add you to our mailing list.

Donations are always welcome and always needed. We are always grateful for donations of gift cards for use as reward incentives in our programs. Monetary contributions can be made through our Annual Appeal, through the United Way of Chester County or directly to us by cash or check. Questions about donations of office equipment, office furniture, office supplies or volunteering your time can be directed to the Executive Director at jchester@cc-oic.org.
