The Salvation Army of West Chester is seeking part-time Resident Advisors (RAs) to fill 4 hour shifts during the evenings and on weekends.

The Resident Advisor is responsible for:

• rule enforcement
• maintaining the welfare of clients in
  • the shelter
  • the day room
  • the dining room

The RA will also:

• oversee the volunteers
• maintain accurate daily logs and progress notes.

The minimum qualifications are:

• a High School Diploma or GED
• some computer skills
• an understanding of and appreciation for the Mission of the Salvation Army.
